The Skinner Family
Three generations of the Skinner family are documented: Timothy W. Skinner (1827–1915), his son Dr. Avery Warner Skinner (1870–1937), and their descendants, with portraits and genealogical records.
NRHP & Preservation

American Legion Era
After the Skinner family era ended, the house passed to the American Legion in the early 1960s — a documented transition preserved in local newspaper records from the 1961 centennial issue.
